Organized by FADA – «Congreso Imagina» was one of the largest and most meaningful events ever hosted in – my hometown – Río Cuarto, gathering thousands of people to inspire dialogue, empathy, and collaboration for Argentina’s future. The congress featured panoramic ultra-wide screens that served as the visual heart of the experience.
My role: Full visual Development
Client: FADA
Concept / Storyboard / Illustration / Animation: Lucas Scala
I was invited to design and animate the informational interlude — a piece displayed at the start of each session and during breaks, providing key details such as emergency exits, main areas, and general event information. It was a project I approached with deep personal motivation, knowing how important this event was for the city and wanting to create something meaningful, full of character and emotion. With little time, I began sketching ideas by hand, shaping the visual language and layout. In animation, I focused on subtle, minimal movement that still carried personality, later enhanced by warm, organic sound effects to complete the atmosphere.
Below are some images showing parts of the process and design layout.
